Big fan of Blockstream/Jade/Adam it just works. All issues I have are with custodians, namely PayPal.  This exact issue is all over the place, even with me:  https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Wallet/Can-t-send-crypto/td-p/3016598 Note BBB, Fraud, "make you sell BTC as they get fees" etc.
