 Thanks Jameson, when you say your ‘benchmark machine’, what kind of hardware is it?
Is it something the average pleb would use (assume not but idk)?

I am writing the 2nd edition of my book and want to give an average IBD time. I guess it’s pretty hard to do tho as both hardware and internet connection play a huge role… I could probably just say 1-10 days and that should cover most scenarios, would you agree? 
 As long as you're not using a raspberry pi level device then yeah, 2 weeks should be plenty. Most any laptop or desktop manufactured in the past decade should be able to sync in a day or so.
