Corporate bond issuances in Vietnam have more than doubled in 2024, with around forty companies issuing $4.33 billion worth of bonds in the first half of the year. Credit institutions and property firms accounted for the majority of the value. However, there has been a decline in bond redemptions, and some issuers are negotiating with bondholders for a rollover.
