I have seen your posts and you’re not to dumb to grasp this. In fact, I believe you do at the soul level.
Today’s game theory is built on an extractive process where one wins by others losses and a Nash equilibrium exists around control - of resources, labour, capital - enforced by war or who has the greatest weapons. A standoff between no one pressing the Nuclear button for fears others will, with proxy wars and a chase for ever higher weapons that could re-win that game.
Bitcoin changes that system utterly and completely over time with a new Nash equilibrium moving to an honest ledger and cooperation. The output of that honest ledger leading to abundance.
We’re just very early and the transition and incentives of the system that is being replaced is fighting the transition with everything they have - mostly because they don’t have a framework for how the new model is so much superior - for them, their families and the world.
part of it is that we are like a disorganised militia that cooperates as a swarm but lacking a chain of command or hierarchy
there is no head to cut off so we are not the kind of opponent that the establishment with their control and violence based systems and institutions can ultimately prevail against
they will go after the biggest and most successful units of our scattered horde but they can't stop enough of us without first somehow fooling us into believing that their small wins are of consequence
Regarding moving on to a "new Nash equilibtium," I think the challenge will be getting people to:
. Move away from "I'll do solely what's best for me alone"
. To "I'll do what's best for me and others because ultimately that's what's best for me. "
The obstacles are 1. the first option gives the largest and IMMEDIATE "payout"; 2. the benefit to others is hard to see; 3. the benefit to me of benefiting others is hard to see and DELAYED usually; 4. people can be powerful dumb.
But, maybe there's a chance. 😀
