It is important to remember what happened in 09 .. while Satoshi was testing btc network ( almost single handedly ) , federal reserve took almost four years to reach  basal 3 .. despite that , we have SVB in just ten years ..  and everyone knows where #btc is heading now .. 

And now when basal 3 endgame is being proposed to stop banks from gambling  , bankers are not happy ..
