### The Obama/Biden Marxist Regime's "Title IX" Ruled Illegal

"The U.S. Supreme Court voted 9-0 to uphold the preliminary injunctions that block the three provisions of the Biden administration’s new Title IX Final Rule. These provisions include the new definition of sex discrimination to include discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity, sex-segregated spaces, and hostile environment harassment.

Biden’s new Title IX Final Rule infuses “gender identity” into the definition of “sex” and would apply sex discrimination protections to those who “identify” as the opposite gender. The rule would force women to share private spaces with gender-confused males while mandating the use of “preferred pronouns” in schools and colleges receiving federal dollars."
