I don't think something exists but basically it would be something like arxiv but on Nostr?
I just know about #nostrudel client that is optimal for long notes, and Wikifreedia made by Pablo.. I don't know if something can be already be done there or.. But maybe @PABLOF7z will come up to something, I believe he also would like the idea of a solution to post scientific articles.. probably also @Vitor Pamplona can have some idea, I remember is into medical stuff also.
Thank you for repost @Maria2000 and @The Beave. I was thinking of a way to implement this, allowing not only the publication of papers, but also the sending of data to the authors. But if there is already something being created, I can just contribute!
Its not a direct to nostr solution, but maybe try IPFS until the devs implement it. Great things like this takes time
