This is true, as far as it goes. Capitalists hate capitalism, and if an "entrepreneur" can make it illegal to compete with him, he will. But while this is a reasonable starting-point, the place that Public Choice Theory weirdos get to next is *bonkers*. They say that since corporations will always seek to capture their regulators, we should *abolish* regulators.
