I think the crux of it is, because it's a trusted relationshp (with the admin/owner/relay/whatever), they don't agree on how to implement it.

If it were trustless (which can't be) they would agree more I think 

 "groups" are a rorschach test, everyone has a different referent in mind when they use the word. Some people even have a different referent in mind every time they use the word 😂
