RPi with a corrupted memory card - blocks near end of the disk are producing I/O errors when i try to image. now i'm making a new card with just the OS on it. i don't know why people keep using SD cards for RPi boards in a production setting. this was running in a restaurant. those cards fail all the time. it's better to boot from an external drive. but this is an original RPi and disk booting wasn't well supported on those.
