Its not about promoting shitcoins its about defending peoples rights to do whatever they want with in consensus rules. 

So many bitcoiners today would want to eliminate peoples choice when it comes to ordinals and inscriptions (even though they are stupid). 

If that choice can be eliminated what cant be eliminated? 

Slippery slopes get slipped on. 

Bitcoin allows for extreme accountability for a reason. Its because otherwise we fall into a nanny state like we have across the globe today.
