I don't know. Still looking into how one can buy something using Nostr. Even if it's custodial, it's acceptable for spending. Everyone keeps saying stacking sats, but what's the point if there's no easy way to spend.
If you can find 10K users who are interested in learning how to buy food with crypto, it's a regular job and income.

Yes. No one is doing it at scale on Nostr yet, so there's first mover advantage.
You can also run the shop and customer relationship management, but that's a lot of extra work. Marketing is the biggest issue now, because people simply don't know that it's possible to buy a useful product on Nostr.

It can be other products too. I'd prefer it to be food. Nostr Farm Connection. If there's a shop and you can drive users to check it out, the farmers will be happy to pay for the service.
There are many buylocal and prepper folks here too. They like tools like stoves. All that's needed to get sales is a good story. Just need to be genuine and not appear like a total capitalist 😀 You're already writing stories to promote Nostr, so no shame to get more money than zaps.
This is probably the most kindness note I've received from you <3 hmm, problem there isn't a service like that. Food can be problematic a little bit because somethings needs refrigeration, or careful packaging. So like you said it needs it own thing rather then getting jumbled in plebmarkets
