whey protein is the most bioavailable of all proteins.
i don't care about the protein content of cereal itself - i only checked the amount of fiber and calories in it.
in fact most cereals that advertise high protein content ( like Special K cereal ) have SOY as the source of that protein, and should be avoided.
about 15 years ago i used Special K cereal to successfully lose 60 lbs but back then i didn't know that Soy should be avoided.
although you CAN get protein from plants it is IDIOTIC to use plants for protein. plants should be used for vitamins, minerals and fiber - or you can skip plants completely if that is your preference.
