1-Are we gonna tell users to change their browser? Doesn't seem a winning idea. Specially if I just want to post a bug. Nostr is about removing barriers. I can't even create a temp account on the fly. If I need a specific browser + extension, I'd rather use a trad website with email and password. 

2-Legit. You are right. I hate it because clients are increasing barriers to access functionality.
