 1. Is probably true. The justifications given to the American people for the middle east wars don't make any sense. Looking at them from the simple 'who benefits?' lens points to defending/helping expand Israeli territory as the most likely reason. There is plenty of circumstantial evidence to support this.

2. Most Americans are not aware. There is a huge cultural stigma around 'antisemitism' that basically means the few who notice can't talk about it out loud and are shunned if they do. The mainstream sources of information (legacy and social media) are 100% pro Israel.

3. Same as 2. The vast majority of the people simply don't know and dismiss anyone who points it out as a nazi/antisemite/etc. Americans get indoctrinated early in public schools through classes where we read books about the holocaust and are taught that it is the worst thing that ever happened.
Around a year ago, I read a book called The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy.

It was so shocking that I started doing research just to debunk those claims for myself. But the more I looked into it, the more bizarre it got.

Your note feels like a summary of the book—it even cites multiple examples of the systemic abuse of anti-Semitism stigma.
