So I'm not looking to rebrodcast my notes (unless that is the only way to capture them locally)

What I want to do is acquire/capture all my notes (some replies would be nice but the notes themselves is more important to me) 

Ideally this will be in a csv or spreadsheet format I can than manipulate...

So that is the gap I'm facing at the moment...Without manually going back to my very first Note and copy/paste...

How do I get a csv or similar file that lists them all? 

(The whole "importing into haven relay" that Derek suggests is a bit over my pay grade in particular since I don't currently run a node...)
