the jorts dot horse psql db is now located at
**/mnt/CARGO_POCKETS/postgresql/12/main**

instead of
**/var/lib/postgresql/12/main**

yes folks that's right, i've sewn CARGO POCKETS onto the jorts

no more crashing every other day for disk space issues, theoretically, assuming i didn't fuck anything up, because the DB is now located on an external mounted disk i can resize at will when we run out of space over and over nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
