 I lost 13 pounds this month.

How?  2 steps:
1. No alcohol
2. Hurt my knee

Hurt my knee?! GOOD. 
Was severely limited in what type of exercise I could perform.  (Couldn’t even really walk enough to count).  GOOD. 
So had to be very intentional about what I did.  Woke up early every day and did 40 min of rowing + elliptical.  Turns out - great exercise.  

Every cloud has a silver lining. 
 #winning 
 Hoping to keep the good habits when I can walk again.

 Thanks brother.  I take 3-6 months with zero booze every year, and probably pretty close to just stopping altogether.  Never had an addiction, just a waste of time money and health.
