Sea level rise is a tricky beast because the earth system models (ESMs) suggest that even relatively modest warmings trigger very prolonged gradual melting and have equilibrium times in the thousands of years.

This figure, from the last IPCC report, estimates ~10 m (~30 ft) of sea level rise evolving over 10,000 years if climate is warmed 2 °C (3.8 °F).
