You said fats... Seed oils don't affect people in any way. That's a myth. My wife eats shitloads of seed oils. Healthy and thin as can be. She uses vegetable oil for everything. Moderation of anything is key. All diets can work, if done correctly. Whether carnivore, low calorie, vegan(tougher though), keto, low fat, etc... People can eat McDonald's fries evryday for lunch along with a healthy ish dinner, and intermittent fast with it and will be completely healthy and normal.
