Like what?
Like finally pushing myself to get a drivers license
Is it difficult to do in your country?
i'd say so yeah + expensive also but i'd say that mostly it's been out of fear and anxiety of my own the "what if i fail?"
I still don’t have mine and im 35. Never had the desire to drive
😮 I’ve been driving since 13 (supervised) until I got my license
woah yeah we never had a beater car like that which i could mess around with
oh wow, well now i have questions. What do you do when you need to get around? Is everything close by?
1 hour walks to places is ok with me.
based + cycling is cool too lack of a driver's license has pushed me to be much more active i'd say
I spend most of my time on my computer. Walking to places is my main form of exercise. If i had a car I probably would be lazy and never move my body.
Just thing that came to mind https://i.nostr.build/zzwlOKRlRyANqzW8.jpg
Since I have had epilepsy for 2+ decades I haven’t driven in a long time. So I walk, take a bus, or get a ride if need be. It’s not bad at all.
Also when you need to do a lot of groceries?
We get it delivered
Okay that explains. If you don’t need it for work or stuff like this I completely understand. I try to walk or cycle as much as possible too. Mainly need my car for work.
yall are wild. i live in Florida. it's unbearable doing anything outside half the year. im assuming you guys live somewhere magical that doesnt have insta-sweat humidity. if you do, youre going to force me to man up a bit this year lol.
same, i have a disability that makes driving very hard for me, i tried to get my drivers license at some point in my 20's but didn't succeed (and it was extremely stressful) luckily public transportation is good here in the Netherlands, apart from that, i like walking and cycling
