Yeah, the randomized ideas of Hayek are pure theory. I prefer pragmatic, tried and tested stuff. The social contract society is what they have in Switzerland ever since the Landsgemeinde was institutionally created in the 1300's and then it bubbled up into stuff like the Optional Referendum (People's Veto Power).
