The #IRS is sadli known for being intransigent

EVERYONE (even MAGAs) 
has to pay taxes

but
the IRS for decades, despite knowing, and all Trump bragging 
has NEVER dealt with the 'very very rich'  #trump

Why ?

is anyone curious to know ?
