i'm not surprised to read anticonvulsants mentioned in the list of treatments, that's what happens to my feet, and i have observed that cannabis helps, and it has anticonvulsant effects, in medical marijuana treatments cramping disorders are one common use case
the issues with my vision are also neuropathy related, and they get worse during sleep, i wake up with my vision double and coffee and food seem to fix the problem, which reminds me of other things mentioned in there, when blood sugar is low there can be a rise in peripheral neuropathy symptoms as well
i think the number one thing that is gonna dial back a lot of the problems is not drinking alcohol, because alcohol causes peripheral circulation problems via small embolisms in fine blood vessels
but in any case, the fact that things that help reverse the problem, being caused by type 2 diabetes, in this case, also can cause similar symptoms, so, it's hard to know what is working
but for sure, my health will improve over the next months as i abstain
the muscle weakness is a really irritating problem too, it has basically stopped me being able to gain condition at all from exercise... so, that's another thing to look forward to as my circulation improves and i reverse the diabetes onset
another thing that has come to mind is that i probably need to get B vitamins to help recover from the alcohol, as one of the things it does is diminish levels of this, either by burning it or by disrupting absorption, so i'm gonna get on that as well
feels like dying, this thing... like a limb is gonna fall off or something... have to fix this, or else
