Any rational investor, even if we ignore a fundamental analysis (which would easily determine that German/EU companies are SHIT because that's what they produce), would be insane to invest in anything European, with our predatory, destructive, anticapitalistic fiscal and economic policies.

If I have money, Europe is the last place I will park it in, even if I have to pay exit taxes and penalties. In the long run it's worth it.
