 One week of the Lion Diet Challenge completed!!

Let’s start with the struggles:

	•	Day 1: had a really bad migraine.
	•	Experienced fatigue for the first 2-3 days.
	•	Bowel movements (no bueno) and still figuring this out.
	•	Struggling to stay satisfied—feeling hungry but not in the mood to eat.
	•	Tired of eating just meat—I miss my breakfast, coffee, cheese, and the overall variety that carnivore provides.
	•	Had a day of really bad anxiety 😥

Positives:

	•	Energy is back.
	•	Simple meals—don’t need to think much about it, just eat meat 🥩.

I want to tell you there’s more positivity to going 🦁, but so far, I’m not seeing it.

That being said, you have to understand that I’m coming from a carnivore diet. If I came from a SAD diet, I might be seeing more improvement. I think this is a good elimination diet for those with severe autoimmune diseases or other health issues, but you have to be mentally ready. It’s definitely not easy and will challenge you.

But that’s why it’s called a 30-day Lion Diet “Challenge,” right?
