YMMV If this is your first transition into ketotic states then expect a long tail transition. Some don't become keto adapted for years. Which isn't a reason to stop. Exogenous ketones like Ketone IQ can help a lot. Electrolyte mixes like Dr Berg's are really good. Protein and fat digestive enzymes will accelerate keto-adaptation. Also fasting and carnivore aren't the same thing - it may help to eat 3 times a day. Or not.
