 There's more:

Any citizen abroad wanting to come back home will not be allowed to enter the country without providing his/her biometrics at the port of entry.

An ex-member of parliament (parliament has been disbanded "temporarily" by the new prince for four years) tried to enter the country without providing his biometrics and was refused entry. His mobile phone was confiscated (not sure if permanently) and he wasn't allowed to contact anyone. He spent two days in the airport before deciding to head back to the country he flew in from.

People who publicly criticized this situation got called in to the DA's office for questioning and ended up facing fines of about 18,000 USD. These included 32 ex-members of parliament plus 400 citizens. Not certain if they also had their bank accounts frozen as well.
