River’s Proof of Reserves was the signal I needed to start using them. This should be the standard we demand as customers. I switched all my DCA buys to River after they announced it. @River does NOT sponsor @Titcoin (yet..?) but if you don’t use it yet and want to get up to $100 for you and for me you can use my referral link ;) https://river.com/signup?r=KOGERBCV nostr:note1hg7qkm8p4gn9va8r6cxp33k4epy07tz34flc4usvzhepwy4fagss07uu6f
Amazing tip. I’ve heard @saylor talk about river without doing my due diligence to research further. Proof of reserves alone makes the switch from Coinbase worth it. Let’s make it an industry standard Thanks for all you do and stay blessed 🙏
IMHO: River is a great, customer friendly company. I’ve used them for a while and never had a hiccup with any purchase (DCA or smash buy) or transfer to a cold wallet. The few times I’ve needed customer service they were easy to reach (an actual person)…. I even got Alex Lieshman (the ceo once)🤯. This is one of the most convenient financial services companies I’ve ever been involved with. I used river and one of their primary competitors for ~ 1 year (my first year as a bitcoiner). The other company was also very good but there were several interruptions in service (both for purchasing and transferring). As a newb bitcoiner I found it very stressful during these episodes. Long story short for the last 1-1 1/2 years I’ve used exclusively River.
All Bitcoiners' DCA should be done through Robosats or BISQ IMO Exchanges should not be used, KYC is a cancer which must be eradicated
Robosats is unreliable cancer too
Done countless of trades (I mean hundreds or more) with Robosats without any major issue, pretty reliable for me. Trading a bit on inconfort for the convenience of KYC is irresponsible and retarded from my point of view
I can't get what I want and when i want it on Robo sats. That's retarded.
This is childish talking lol You don’t get what you want when you want in life. You act. Meaning that you do arbitrage and tradeoff , always. And it seems that you are choosing more slavery rather than more freedom. I don’t judge you I just can’t understand it.
You do get what you want in life. That's the entire point of making a choice
Making a choice takes you as close as possible of what you want, because you are subjectively better of by making your choices. But you never get to what you want exactly otherwise you'd stop acting and you'd die pretty quickly. Anyway in my case I was just saying that thinking short term and trading freedom for convenience while making choices is childish, from my subjective point of view
