Few more questions: noticing that most (if not all that I have come across) relay implementations do not have a NIP-03 support, any reason for this? What does it mean for NIP-03 in terms of relevance and real world application? 

My knowledge is kinda limited atm so very much keen on being educated/corrected where necessary 😅

Also aware of other missing/unsupported NIPs in relays but am particularly interested in NIP-03 

 Yeah. There hasn’t so far been good ots support in Nostr but I know @pablof7z is working on it as part of NIP-41 so I think it’ll get better.
