since Hamas was trying to take hostages for purposes of exchanging prisoners it doesn't qualify as terrorism, but an attempt to free Palestinian prisoners who were found by Israel to be guilty of the crime of living on the land they were born on.

in fact there is no such thing as Israel - it is correctly termed "The Zionist Entity" and it is as much a state as CHAZ ( Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone ) in Seattle was a state.  It isn't.  It's an occupation and has no right to exist.  Only difference from "CHAZ" is that "Israel" has Nukes ... which are pointed at Europe ... because they are "our greatest Ally" ( TM )

Israelis will say " we have nowhere else to go - Israel is the only Jewish State there is " ... well that is a nice sentiment ... if only Jews cared that White people will have nowhere to go once they finish flooding white countries with Nonwhites.

Whites will soon become minorities in almost all White Countries less than a Century after Jews changed our immigration policies while they themselves escaped to Israel.
