it took TWO YEARS (from $65k down and back up) for me to sort out this seed phrase sh*t. and then all the good people of the Bitcoin Jungle said to figure out NOSTR. so here I am. and I'm so grateful.

there's a lot of truth to what you're saying about the relays; however, I realized that I kinda like knowing that I'm not ACTUALLY shouting into a void --it's just not getting relayed-- it's kinda like a note to self. it feels light, like imperfections are welcome. like, I give zero f*CKS and I'm just gonna say whatever. my theory is that only people who are following me are seeing my notes, which I also really enjoy. (bug or feature?)

anyway I'm here, with my lightning wallet connected. you all had me at "they zap sats". hell yeah. sign me up for that. 
f*ck Twitter. X. IG. FB. they feel so empty and are full of ads. NOSTR's way more peaceful, harmonious, interesting.

by the way, is it socially acceptable to just pop in on someone else's note and chime in? 🫣 when you arrive somewhere new, it's hard to know if everyone else already knows each other.
