WHO declares a global emergency, and the MSM helps out creating panic, the pharmaceutical industry rubs its hands. 
WHO receives millions from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which in turn is heavily invested in the pharmaceutical industry.
Although the #pandemic agreement was clearly rejected, the #WHO still wants to push it through. They probably think scaremongering is beneficial.
That's why the #resistance must keep going.
