so much for the idealism of open source development bringing the world closer together, cooperating despite differences... not much of that left these days

it's doubtful that this will do anything for security, governments fighting doesn't mean that all civilians in a country are suddenly evil, and government-paid saboteurs won't have a harder time 
i mean they'll want to shift the blame anyway and not use mail dot ru

but it makes the lawyers happy, and that's what we do it all for !
