It's not a protocol problem. It's not even a relay or a client problem. Not even an algo problem. It has and always will be a people problem.

A you problem for the lack of self control and a them problem for trying to control. 

So take control. You get to do that here more than anywhere else. But first, you need to have the awareness of what you can actually control - only yourself.
