Feed them wisdom.  Nothing else. The rest will take care of itself.

We already see what happens when algorithms of junk is fed consistently to the people.

It creates a world dominated by fear, greed, and strife. 

To get better we must spend time being better. To be better we need more wisdom and far less fear.

Have the algorithm curate wisdom to be fed when the button is pushed.
