Cosmos DAO Osmosis has voted to adopt a fee-free Bitcoin bridge, allowing Bitcoin (BTC) to move into the Cosmos ecosystem. The adoption of this bridge is facilitated through a revenue-sharing agreement with Bitcoin bridge provider Nomic. Bridges are mechanisms that enhance interoperability between different blockchains, enabling users to transfer crypto assets from one system to another.
