What would be the thing that would prevent something like this from working? Photogrametry has vastly improved, as has 3D printing. If there's a visual component involved, then it's not hard to project a person's face onto the printed form. 

I haven't looked into the latest apple capabilities since, quite frankly, IDGAF, but I suppose I should learn more.
