 I was really intimidated at first too. 
I learned quickly that when I was hungry to drink Water with lemon and Himalayan sea salt. I carry a gallon jug around with me all day. 

It subsided my hunger and I felt so good. 

Also, the hunger goes away towards the middle of the second day, and you don’t even think about it. 

My Meditation practices played a huge role as well. I was able to push out any thoughts or worry of hunger. 

I honestly think the longer fasts are easier than the shorter ones for some reason. If someone would have said that to me a couple of years ago I would have thought they were nuts! 😁🤣
