I've updated my outdated Relay List Metadata cleaner script again. It now supports multiple relays simultaneously and automatically deduplicates events. Thanks to nostr:npub1f27g79lrpey73wtqa2pprn7vv3yveyytws08lxqe7pn0yuj8ppyqyk9swu for the helpful pointers.
