Emotional support cats? Seriously though, there were covid era changes to billing rules that let people like me sell services to people like you across state lines without requiring face to face interaction…so now people fill out a form to pay to print off an ESA certificate.

Always been allowed but they have to be in a crate and you pay an added fee to the airline. Now with the service animal exception I don’t know if you can get away from having to pay the fee.
