Price aside, I couldn't do carnivore even if I were convinced of its effectiveness (and I'll just say that I'm not). I need and want my fruit, vegetables and grains. I love meat, eggs and cheese but I couldn't do it exclusively.
I tend to agree with this. So to make this easier I just avoid seed oil. With that simple change I think my health, which isn't bad, will be a whole lot better
