Also, Judge Jenkins expressly refused to decide whether Jones, his old firm (which appears to no longer exist), or both were responsible for the misconduct. 

In that situation does Jones have any obligation to make Davis aware of the #Xped decision? Maybe nostr:npub1lc802fgj4mwqhvps26hdqzmrwdkwam27y9xa4q4tfjlwsm6wnqjsndppkv has thoughts?
