Rough day. Went to urgent care for script refills as I couldn't get in with my doc. My BP was 225/125. WOW, no wonder I had a headache! Here I am 6 hours later, it's down (finally) to 170/75. Still high, but so much better. Anxious to sleep and have a much better day tomorrow! @0e34faa7 had all the chores done when I finally got home. Love this man!!!!
