Is there a NIP for non-lightning zaps?

Monero and dogecoin would be good I think
Not that I'm aware of. Zaps is defined by NIP-57 so if someone want to do a new NIP "zaps-like behaviour" for a shitcoin, I think it would be smart to give it a different name to not confuse users.
What would be confusing to users about this? Sounds like you're just butthurt Bitcoin isn't perfect
there is an active bounty for Monero zaps and Cake wallet is working on it as well

there has been discussion about nomenclature
I'd be open to calling dogecoin tips "yaps" but I don't really see a reason zaps couldn't simply include a few different choices of currency for users to enter addresses on & send/receive
Because Zaps are branded as bitcoin lightning payments with NIP-57 and therefore it will be confusing when people start talking about shitcoin specific zaps.

But hey, nostr is a permissionless protocol. Go build the world you want to live in.
I agree different terms are necessary.

if only because monero zaps could observe 1st principles and be noncustodial

this new generation of nostr users are growing up thinking custodial solutions are normal
anon monero zaps sounds way more based than gay bitcoin LN zaps. and getting bittards pissed about it is a bonus for using the same name. imagine getting a monero zap you can then spend on the black market. bitcoiners will never know this feeling
yeah if anyone cared about doge that might be cool
