I'm a Masters student in the Graduate Group of Horticulture & Agronomy at UC Davs. I currently work on dormant almond bud development. I've got an ongoing interdisciplinary project on carob (Ceratonia siliqua).

I probably got into plants due to being treated poorly by classmates, and having been chased by dogs I wasn't attracted to animals - so plants it was! I got into fruit due to tasting my first homegrown 'Newtown Pippin' when I was 9. #Planticipation #Botany #PlantScience
