Woke up with a discomfort in the wrist. Must have positioned myself in an odd way while I slept. Wasn’t sure about the trainings this morning. Instead of not doing anything, I lowered the weights by half. Turned out to be a great training. It’s all about consistency and progress, not perfection.

Noy a bad idea King. If the discomfort persists tomorrow, I’ll take a rest day. Like that I’ll get 3 days off in a row, instead of 2.
Wrap cabbage around your wrist. Also, you might use more collagen in your diet. Fish skin is my favorite. 💪🏻🐸👍🏻
I love fish. I have salmon or trout roughly once a week. I did not know about the cabbage. I’ll give it a try. Thanks
