 I went through this for about 9 months, panic attacks would strike randomly so I started to fear them which made it worse. Honestly once you break the cycle it gets exponentially better, so don’t lose hope. For me I started cold showers in the morning followed by lifting (even if it was just 10-20 mins of moderate weights) made a big difference and put my body back into a normal feeling cycle.
