Ooh dude. I love a rich/full Cab Franc. The Chinon-style are elegant and lovely, but a bold American one just takes me to another level. Better than most Cabernet Sauvignon (in my opinion), especially at any given price point (that’s just a fact) 🍷 How long have you been making a Cabernet franc? I don’t remember seeing it before! What sort of oak treatment does it see?
