With the progression of dementia, impulse control diminishes.

Trump is a dementia patient, so he is incapable of having full executive control over himself.  With dementia, true stream-of-thought & feelings come out, as we see here and increasingly see with Trump as the almost 80-year-old senior citizen has been campaigning. 

Trump, filled with a ~lifetime~ of lies, hate, and violence will only get more n more chaotic & unhinged.

It is not a good thing to have someone with the mind of a petulant, insecure, spiteful and sex-obsessed complainer as President of the United States of America.
